rooCASE Warranty Claim Form

Please use the form below to report any issues which are covered by the rooCASE Warranty. The below outlines the process:

  1. Fill out the claim form below - please fill out the claim form as completely as possible in order to expedite your claim.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with your RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note it can take up to 2 hours to receive your RMA number.
  3. Respond to the email and attach a copy of your receipt and an image showing the damage. We will advise you on the next steps.
  4. If you don't have a receipt, send the product back to us using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. Please include a copy of your RMA# and make sure to write your RMA# on the box.
  5. Once we have the necessary information and/or product we'll send the replacement product out to you.

Depending on the information provided please allow 1-3 weeks to process your claim.
